The Account Representative/ Manager will be responsible for developing and managing new business accounts by selling services to prospective real estate agents. This position will be responsible for making outbound calls and emails to warm leads, tracking and reporting daily activity, following up on leads, maintaining a customer relations database, identifying additional opportunities and other duties as assigned. With our expectations to expand rapidly in 2017, we present an opportunity to be a part of a fun and growing startup environment.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue and acquire new accounts through outbound and inbound calls, emails and other forms of communication.

  • Manage an account portfolio and maintain business/customer relationships.

  • Input and maintain account information in Salesforce and other account management systems.

  • Act as a liaison between the company and real estate agents regarding lead distribution, payments, service and other inquiries.

  • Provide follow-up with real estate agents to ensure customer satisfaction with lead generation solutions.

  • Maintain communication records and prepare productivity reports as required.

  • Responsible for tracking lead conversions by real estate agents on a periodic basis.

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, as assigned.

  • Remain knowledgeable of, and adapt to, company’s solutions to facilitate sales efforts.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school education or general education degree (GED) required.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

  • Previous sales or real estate industry experience.

  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Ability to operate independently and on a contract basis.

  • Strong desire to succeed.
